Usagi and Mamoru have been together for three thousand years. If you don't know the story, it may sound a little off the wall to you. I know a lot of people that have questions about how this could be true, so I'll tell you. Click here if you don't want to read through all of this and just get to the point of the shrine. You know, pictures and stuff like that. A thousand years ago, our moon was home to a great civilization, ruled by Queen Selenity, Usagi's mother. (That seems to begin every story I tell about this show...) This time was known as the Silver Millennium. Usagi had fallen in love with a young man from Earth, named Prince Endymion. Unfortunately, a great war started between the Universe and a new, dangerous world called the Negaverse. Endymion told Serena about this, and the Moon's guards thought that he was a spy from Earth, that had already been invaded and taken over by the Negaverse. Queen Selenity knew that he wasn't a spy, and told him that he could come one more time to visit her daughter during a dance on the Moon, a common event then. Serena, not expecting him at the ball that night, was surprised to find him at the base of the stairs. Endymion took her hand and danced with her, telling her that the Moon was in great danger of being invaded, since it was the capital of the Universe. They went out onto the balcony and shared their last kiss for the next thousand years. No sooner than that, an announcement was made that the Moon was under attack. Endymion had to fight, being the Prince of Earth. Usagi gave him a locket, playing this tune, so that he would always remember her. He went into the battlefield, just in front of the balcony where Usagi was watching him. After telling Queen Beryl, the ruler of the Negaverse, that he would never join sides with the likes of her, she took this as a great insult (which it was!) and attacked him. Beryl planned to bring Endymion to the Negaverse by means of a whirlwind. Usagi, not being able to bear the thought of being separated from her one true love, dove into the whirlwind as well. Beryl saw this and took advantage of the situation, killing them both at the same time. Selenity, her daughter and Prince Endymion going through this torture, decided to take the fight into her own hands and used the Silver Crystal to defeat the Negaverse, trapping all of both kingdoms inside of the crystal. This battle proved to be too much for her though, and she died after sending them all to a new future on Earth, and Beryl and her troops back to the Negaverse.
Strange, huh? You haven't even begun.
Usagi had been reborn on Earth in the twentieth century. She was a normal girl, living in Tokyo. No, Godzilla wasn't the first to attack the capital of Japan this time. Instead, Queen Beryl had come back. Luna, Usagi's pet cat, started talking to her (and no, I don't think she was "on" anything...), and gave Usagi special powers to help her defeat the Negaverse. To complicate matters, they didn't have their memories back from the Silver Millennium as of yet, so they didn't even know who the enemy was! In Usagi's first battle as the Pretty Suited Soldier Sailor Moon <<whew!!!>>, she met Tuxedo Mask (Tuxedo Kamen in Japan) and fell head over heels in love with him. <<aww... isn't that cute???>> She makes a goal to find out who he really is, but later finds that even Tuxedo Kamen doesn't know his real identity. (Like I said, it's confusing!) Along the way, she meets other Senshi (scouts/soldiers), Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus. Along with Venus came the other talking cat guardian, Artemis. While fighting to get the seven Rainbow Crystals, Tuxedo Kamen realized who he really was: Mamoru! The one guy that Usagi despises is the one that she is in love with! But she doesn't know that yet... :) Later, in a battle with one of the many evils of the Negaverse, Tuxedo Kamen dropped a locket on the ground, and Sailor Moon picked it up. She didn't know it at the time, but this was the same locket that she gave to Prince Endymion during the Silver Millennium. During one of the battles with a soldier known as Zoicite, Tuxedo Kamen was injured. Shot through the shoulder with a dark crystal. Ouchies. The next battle with Zoicite was extremely tense, because she/he (see Zoicite's profile to see why I say that) also knew the true identity of Tuxedo Kamen. Before the battle, Mamoru and Usagi met on the streets, and Usagi noticed that he was injured. She caught up with him a few minutes later only to be captured and brought into the fight. They were almost killed by a fireball, but Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon just in time to save Mamoru, who now knew her secret identity. In order to help her, he transformed into Tuxedo Kamen, and needless to say, Usagi was rather shocked that the guy she hated was the guy she loved. Oops. Tuxedo Kamen was again shot through the shoulder by Zoicite. Sailor Moon ran over to him, and in her grief, the seven Rainbow Crystals, now collected, gathered to form the Silver Empyrean Crystal, the very same that Queen Selenity used when she sent everyone to a new future on Earth. Unfortunately, still nobody knew about her. They had gotten almost every single memory of the Moon Kingdom except for her and when they were sent to Earth. Sailor Moon transformed into Princess Usagi, and knew that Tuxedo Kamen, otherwise known as Mamoru, was really Prince Endymion! Destiny had brought them together once more! She then collapsed, and Mamoru was taken away into the Negaverse where he was turned against the Sailor Senshi. Usagi was devastated when he was taken, and even more so when she found out that he was evil. She was determined to get him back at any cost. A while later, the Senshi decided to attack the Negaverse HQ head-on, and the Senshi finally learned the truth about what happened on the Moon, including meeting Queen Selenity. She saw her death, along with the rest of the Kingdom's. The Senshi, after continuing on their journey, were attacked by the "Doom and Gloom Girls", who killed off all of the Senshi except Sailor Moon. She was then taken to Beryl's chamber, where she and the evil Prince Endymion were waiting for her. Endymion attacked Sailor Moon, and she was sliced across the waist with his sword. Yet again, ouchies. Sailor Moon tried to use her tiara on him, but it didn't work. It only made him mad. Whoops. She then took out the locket that he had dropped and left for her earlier, and she showed it to him. He remembered, and just by barely touching the locket, was healed. Beryl was enraged, and tried to kill them both at once, but Mamoru threw one of his famous roses, and it pierced the heart of Queen Beryl. Mamoru died in Sailor Moon's arms.<<sniff>> It seemed like it was all over... If only it was so... ('cuz my hands are really starting to hurt from all of this typing...) Beryl fused, I guess you could say, with her master, making her more powerful than ever. She met up with Sailor Moon, who transformed into Princess Usagi. The spirits of the murdered Senshi came to help her, and she defeated Queen Beryl with help from her friends, the Moon Crescent Wand, and the Empyrean Silver Crystal. Sailor Moon, after using the crystal, just like her mother, died. But luckily, everyone was reborn, but without any of their memories. Even Usagi and Mamoru were back to their old ways of bickering every time they met on the streets. It was like the rest of them never met. Fortunately, Luna and Artemis, not being a part of this battle, survived fully and had all of their memories.
So that's the first part. Yeah. You have lots more to flip through. My suggestion is to print this thing and read it later, if you really want to. Of course, it'd also be okay to read it right now! Man, my hands are really getting sore... Well, here's part two. It's really short. At least a little shorter than the first part.
Two new enemies, Aliens from the Negaverse, Ann and Ali, attacked Earth. They needed energy for the one thing that kept them alive: the Doom Tree. Since the two cats couldn't possibly fight against these evils, they revived the memories of Sailor Moon. Later, she found the other Senshi, and they too were revived. Usagi had all of her memories back, including those of her love, Mamoru. The next time they met on the streets, Usagi tried to explain it all to him, but he got scared away (nice one, Usagi). Through the battles with Ann and Ali, Usagi continued to try to get his memories back, but to no avail. A new helper came along as well, called the Moonlight Knight. He had the same eyes as Mamoru, and Usagi was determined it was him. Later though, she saw Mamoru and the Moonlight Knight in the same place, and she was sorely disappointed. Usagi, almost giving up on him, decided to go and visit the two new kids at school, who had the same names as the aliens. (Duh... I still don't see how they don't figure this stuff out...) She snuck into a secret room, and the Doom Tree attacked her. It zapped a bunch of energy from her, and the Tree was completely restored. They explained that it was merely a science experiment. (Yeah. Sure.) The next day, they invited her back with open arms. Usagi knew something was up, but she went anyway, like the meatball head she is. Mamoru showed up as well, which kind of shocked Usagi. He was visiting Ann, and Usagi got a bit jealous. Ali and Mamoru went out onto the balcony while Ann tricked Usagi into going into the same room as the day before, where she was again zapped by the Tree. Mamoru heard her screams of pain, and he rushed in, only to be zapped as well. The Senshi fought their way inside, and then were able to try their best to help them out. Of course, their best was not enough. But at least the bad guys were distracted enough to get Mamoru and Usagi out of the branches of the Tree. The Moonlight Knight showed up and got really beaten up. He vanished, and Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon. The Tree started talking (I want to know what these people are on...), and explained that it was getting the wrong energy. It needed pure light energy, not dark like Ann and Ali were providing. Sailor Moon healed it with her Empyrean Silver Crystal, and instead killed it. The Tree was reborn (that seems to be a common theme in this show...), and Ann and Ali went to another planet to be a little nicer this time around with how they went around getting energy. Sailor Moon saw the Moonlight Knight one last time, and he took off his mask. He looked exactly like Mamoru! He explained to her that he was formed out of the memories that he had lost. His spirit then flowed into Mamoru's body, and instantly he remembered everything about them. They were finally back together!
End of part two. Turn tape over.
Mamoru and Usagi were on one of their first dates. Everything was going perfectly, until some pink haired, meatball head, annoying little girl fell out of the sky, right on top of Mamoru. Usagi was "steamed", and started yelling at her. She then noticed the girl's hairstyle, and she said that it was her mom's, even though it looked almost exactly like Usagi's except for the fact that the "meatballs" were cone shaped instead of spheres. She said that she wanted the Empyrean Silver Crystal. Usagi was getting a little scared. She later introduced herself as Usagi, the same name as the Usagi that we've known since the beginning. From then on out, for confusion purposes, the "little pink haired rabbit brat" was known as Chibi-Usa, meaning "Little Usagi". Chibi-Usa pretended to be Usagi's cousin and started living with Usagi and the rest of her family. Everyone believed her, and it was because she had cast a spell on them. The only ones that knew better in the household were Usagi and Luna. They just couldn't figure out where she had come from, though. And having Chibi-Usa in the house was pure torture. If the two Usagis were ever in the same room at the same time, it was utter chaos! They just didn't get along. If this wasn't enough, new enemies had come. Not from the Negaverse this time. From the future. Eeps. They wanted to get Chibi-Usa, or as they called her, Small Lady, so that they could in turn get the Empyrean Silver Crystal. Mamoru, out of nowhere, decided to break up with Usagi. She cried day and night, trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Little did she know that he was having horrible dreams about what would happen to them if they stayed together. "The world will be shattered forever... You must stay away from her..." Usagi and the rest of the Senshi continued to fight, and Tuxedo Kamen still joined in. All this time, Usagi tried her best to get back together with him, but to no avail. Crimson Rubeus, of the Negamoon (Black Moon in Japan), sent out the Four Sisters of Nemesis, Catzi, Bertie, Prisma, and Avery, to destroy the Senshi, but instead they were all healed by them. They were now on Earth's side and were free from Rubeus's evil clutches. Rubeus was being ordered around by Wiseman, an advisor to Prince Diamond, who ruled over the Black Moon and the Planet Nemesis. Emerald, who is deeply in love with Diamond, comes to tell Rubeus that he has very little time to carry out the rest of his plans to destroy the future "Crystal Tokyo", which nobody but them really knows anything about. He captures all of the Senshi except for Sailor Moon, and when she actually does come, along with Chibi-Usa, the ship is set for self-destruct. Mamoru and the guardian cats are left on Earth, helpless in battle. Together, Chibi-Usa and Sailor Moon free the other Senshi, then use Sailor Teleport to get out. Emerald says her last snobby good-byes to Rubeus, then leaves him alone to die in the explosion. <<You go, girl!!!>> She reports this to Diamond and Sapphire, who is secretly in love with Emerald. But Diamond thinks that Emerald is annoying, and Emerald thinks that Sapphire is worthless. One big happy Black Moon Family, let me tell ya. Back on Earth, Usagi still ponders over how to get Mamoru back. She starts to think that he is paying more attention to Chibi-Usa than her, and she starts to really get depressed. Meanwhile, Emerald has been sending out violent Droids to destroy the Senshi, to get the Empyrean Crystal, and to get the future Crystal Tokyo for the Black Moon. We also learn that Chibi-Usa is from the future, the same time as the Black Moon Family, and that she is trying to save her mother. She keeps trying to go back in time with the Time Key, but it never works right. One night, Emerald puts out another Droid, and Usagi has a horrible dream... The same one as Mamoru's! She rushes over to Mamoru's apartment to tell him about it, Luna and Chibi-Usa not far behind. He admits that he had the same dream over and over again, but still says for her to stop trying to get him back. She goes back outside, horribly disappointed at what just happened. She finds the monster in another building, transforms, and the rest of the Senshi come to help. Tuxedo Kamen also comes, then when the Droid is defeated, wishes his best and goes off to a secluded place in the city. The Senshi urge Usagi to go talk to him to see if he's changed his mind yet, and at first she is reluctant to go. A few minutes later though, she decides to go after him. She finds him, and for some strange reason, they immediately get back together. (Awww....) But the fight against the Black Moon still goes on. Chibi-Usa invites everyone to go to 30th Century Crystal Tokyo with her, using the Time Key. They do, and they meet King Endymion, ruler of Earth. Tuxedo Kamen knows that this is his future self. He then introduces the Senshi to the Queen of the Earth, Neo Queen Selenity. Usagi figures out that this is her future self. Endymion then introduces his now sleeping daughter, Small Lady... Chibi-Usa!!! Usagi and Mamoru then figure it all out... That's their future child! Embarrassment galore... :) They meet almost everyone in the Black Moon Family except for the Wise Man while they are in the future. Just before they go back to the present, Chibi-Usa is captured by Wise Man and transformed into Wicked Lady (Black Lady in Japan). The Senshi go back to the present and meet Black Lady. She's really, really, REALLY powerful, and they try their best to get Chibi-Usa back to normal. During this time, Emerald dies, Sapphire, who is in love with Prisma, and it's mutual this time, also dies, and so does Diamond. (Imagine the funeral costs... It's bad enough in the present. Just think of how much it'll be in the future!!!) Black Lady turns back into Chibi-Usa by means of the Imperium Crystal. Wise Man, who reveals himself to really be the all-powerful Doom Phantom (Boo!!! Hiss!!!), attacks. Chibi-Usa starts to cry, saying that this is all her fault, and one of her tears transforms into the Imperium Crystal. It was inside of her the whole time! It wasn't missing after all! She joins Usagi, now transformed into Princess Usagi, and together with two crystals, defeat the Doom Phantom.
That was a long one, huh? More to come, I'm afraid... But I'm going to have to look up all that information. It'll be a while before I get the rest in. For now, I'll look for some pictures of the both of them. 'Til next time!
