Well, you're in for quite a treat.  I can read your mind!  You're thinking one of two things...  Either "Man, I'm really bored.  I might as well read through all of this.  Or maybe copy and paste it and read it later," or "Can this girl really do that?  I want to see this for myself."  See, I would choose the first one.  I know normal people are capable of doing this sort of thing, so it's no contest for me, especially when my highest typing record is 139 words per minute (WPM).  :)  So I can type this thing up in less than an six hours.  I mean for the whole series.  For the first five episodes, probably in an hour, considering I haven't memorized all of the lines in each of them yet.  Only in the first episode.  (Forgive me, all you hard-core Tenchi Muyo! fans...)  Are you ready?  'Cuz you'll be here for quite a while once this whole thing is finished...  Even now you will be!  Here we go!!!!!!

EPISODE 1:  RYOKO'S AWAKENING
An elderly man is walking down a path through a peaceful and serene forest.  He comes to a clearing where a building is standing.  He sees a broom lying on the ground, along with a bucket and rag.  "Tenchi!" he calls out.  No answer.  "Tenchi!" he calls even louder.  He looks in the direction of a building, and thinks for a moment.
Inside the building, a young boy, Tenchi, is looking through a cabinet, trying to find something.  "Where did he put them..."  The boy sifts through some files insde of a drawer, and suddenly the door slides open.  Tenchi turns around with a start, then sees that the only living creature near the door is their cat.  He breates a sigh of relief, then goes back to what he was doing before.  Within moments, he hears someone whisper in his ear, "You know, curiousity killed the cat, Tenchi."
    "Grandfather!"
"I bet you were looking for these."  He reaches in his shirt and pulls out some keys.
"So that's where they are--" Tenchi clasps his hand over his mouth, realizing he just told on himself.
"You weren't trying to sneak in there against my orders, were you?"
Tenchi rolls his eyes.  "No, I wasn't."
"It is the law of this ancient Masaki Shrine.  And you are no acception to that legacy."  The grandfather chuckles.  "But really, you want to see what's in there, don't you?"  Tenchi nods excitedly and his grandfather puts the keys back in his shirt.  "Here they are, Tenchi, if you can take them from me.  Let's see how good you really are."
Tenchi attacks, first trying to punch him.  His grandfather grabs his fist, then kicks Tenchi's legs out from underneath him, flipping him through the air and through a paper door.  Tenchi's grandfather sighs.  "Work harder.  And remember, your chores are part of your training."  He gets up and walks outside.
Tenchi shakes his head and turns around, the door still around his neck.  He turns to see where his grandfather is going, and realizes that the keys are hanging from his mouth!  Success!!!  Tenchi tears away from the door and runs down another path leading deep into the forest.  "Curiousity killed the cat," he says to himself, "but lucky for me, I'm not a cat!"  He finally reaches a cave with a barred, locked door.  Tenchi marvels at the sight and starts to think about how he came to this place as a young boy...

"Tenchi!  Boy!"  His grandfather cautiously walked up to the young boy as he turned slowly around, knowing he was caught in the act again.  "Why must you come here time after time when you know it's not allowed?"
    "But why is that, Grandpa?"
"I'll tell you why, my boy.  A demon sleeps here."
    "A demon?  No!"
"It's true.  Now listen carefully for what I'm about to tell you really happened.  It was a long time ago.  A demon came here from the sky.  Its strength was enormous.  It destroyed villages, burned everything, and our people suffered greatly because of its evil powers."
    "What happened to the demon?"
"One day, a ship like a dragon came appeared from the sky.  On its back rode a mighty samurai.  He fought the demon using a sword with great spiritual power.  Now the demon sleeps, a prisoner in this shrine.  The sword planted in the ground keeps watch over it.  That samurai was Yosho, your acestor, Tenchi.  Remember your name and what it means:  "Heaven and Earth".  You must remember your ancestor.  Remember..."

Tenchi unlocks the door and goes inside the cave.
He walks down a long tunnel, and finally comes to a room.  There is a large container shaped like a house.  He opens the doors on the side of it, revealing a sword hilt.  He takes it out of the rock that it is stuck in and removes the sword from its holster.  Tenchi sees that the once brilliant sword that made a demon slept for so long is now just a rusty blade.
"Huh?  It's just a rusty old piece of junk!  Give me a break!  The sword that cuts through a rock?  Ha!"  He knocks the blade against a nearby rock, and it shatters.  "Uh-oh!"  Tenchi picks up the hilt and then sees that the rock splits evenly down the middle!  Another one comes from the cieling of the cave, blocking the passageway out of it.  "What's happening?"  He tries to find a way around it, but there is no way out.  "Oh, what do I do now?  Think, genious."  He turns back to look at the split rock and notices that the wall behind it has split open as well.  "A passageway?"  He squeezes through it, and not watching where he's going puts his foot in a pool of ice-cold water.  "Ah!!  That's cold!"  After he gets through, he bangs his head on the cieling, then slips and falls down a long tunnel down into a room with a huge glowing light coming out of it.  When he tries to stand up, the hilt comes flying through the chute as well and bangs into him right between the eyes.  He finally gets up and walks towards the glow, not noticing a small sphere of light zooming past him.  "Oh, it's just a giant glowing light!" he says nervously.  "No problem!"  He looks down into the light pool and sees a strange-looking mummy.  "What's that?!  A demon sleeps here...  So it wasn't just a legend!"  In his surprise, he drops the sword hilt, almost into the light pool.  He looks around before bending down to pick it up, again not noticing another light going past him.  "Time to go home."  As he picks up the hilt, a bony hand grabs his wrist.  Tenchi looks in front of him and find that the mummy has awakened!  He tries to run away, afraid for his life, but the demon keeps a steady grip on his arm.  The demon brings him closer, touching his face, and Tenchi wonders what will happen to him next...
Suddenly, the sword starts to glow, and a bright light blasts Tenchi to the other side of the room, leaving the demon alone in the light pit.  As he scrambles up the chute that he came down earlier, the small spheres of light multiply in number and start to fill the room.  He gets to the top, then binds the split rock with a conviniently-placed vine, closing the passageway and freeing the way to get out.
I'm giving this sword back to Grandpa and doing as many chores as he says!  he thinks as he watches the wall close back to the way it was.

That night, a tree starts to shoot tiny light-beams out of its leaves onto the ground, then ricocheting back into the air, creating one large beam of light...  Nobody seems to notice it, though.

Summer vacation is now over, and Tenchi must go back to school.  He's sitting at his desk waiting for the first bell to ring, looking at the sword that he found in the cave.  One of his friends comes over to talk to him.  "Hey, Tenchi.  Watcha got there?  Some kind of antique?"
"Oh, uh..." he begins as he hastily puts it into his bookbag.  "Nothing!  Just an old piece of junk."
"Oh!  So, how did your summer vacation go?   Did you have a lot of fun?"
"Oh, don't ask me.  Just me and Grandpa at work all day long as usual.  It's supposed to be all part of the training, I guess."
"Man, oh man.  What a big drag!  So you didn't even get to meet any nice girls, I guess?"
"You think girls would come to a shabby shrine deep in the mountains?"
    "Hm.  Guess not."
"Right.  Plenty of girls eighty-two years old!"
"Yeah, I get it!" his friend laughs.  "You dated mummies all summer long, eh Tenchi?"
"Yep!  A bunch of dried up, frilly, old mummies!"  Tenchi and his friend laugh heartily, but suddenly Tenchi's mind goes to the demon he saw in the cave.  A mummy?!

Later that day, around lunchtime, Tenchi is on the roof of the school, looking up at the sky and talking to himself.  "I've gotta get a grip.  Grandpa never mentioned anything.  Maybe nothing happened after all.  Just relax, Tenchi..."  He relaxes so well that he falls asleep...

That night, Tenchi awakens on the rooftop, wondering how he could have slept through the day like that.  "Oh, great!  I fell asleep...  Missed all my classes and everyone's gone!"
Tenchi looks over at the corner of the roof and sees the cat that usually hangs out around the temple.  It lets out a shrill "meow", and the cat runs over to its ower.
"Kitty!  How the heck did you get here?"  It is about to run into his arms, but then disappears into thin air with the sound of a small bell ringing.  "Huh?!"  Tenchi looks over his shoulder to look where the sound was coming from and sees a young-looking woman with long, rather spiky hiar, holding a bell close to her face.  She gently carresses it, then throws it to him.  Tenchi catches it, and the girl speaks.
    "Ryoko."
    "What?"
She chuckles.  "That's my name."  She waves her hand, and light spheres stat to surround Tenchi...
"Huh?  No, no it can't be!  You can't be...  You can't be that...  that...  that....  That freeze-dried demon!"
Ryoko crosses her arms as though she has a chill.  "It was cold in there.  And dark.  You know how long I was trapped in that cave?  Seven hundred years.  And I didn't like it.  I didn't like it at all!"  Her face suddenly brightens.  "All I want now is revenge!"
"Hey!" Tenchi yells.  "It's not my fault!"
    "No?"
"No!  No way!  It was my ancestor.  Some guy named Yosho!"
"I don't care."  A stick of red energy forms in her hand.  I just need to let out my anger on you...  right NOW!"  She leaps to where Tenchi is standing, and he dodges her attack before he can get hurt in any way.  She bashes into the roof, but stands back up and floats in the air, the fall not phasing her in the least.
"Why me?!" Tenchi screams.  "It's not fair!"
Ryoko runs up next to him and starts throwing energy.  He seems to be dodging it very well, but she catches up to him.  "What's the matter, Tenchi?  You're gonna have to run a lot faster than that, Earthling."
Tenchi rushes over to a pile of rubble and finds a pipe with a large piece of cement on the end of it.  He picks it up and holds it in front of him.  "Okay, now!"  Ryoko is not the least bit impressed, but she laughs at him a little.  "Ready or not," he threatens, "here I come!  YAAAAH!!!"  He swipes at her, but she disappears.  After he sees her again, he swipes in all directions, and she dodges yet again.  Tenchi holds the pipe in front of him as he did before, and it falls apart in his hands, perfectly cut into four pieces.
Ryoko starts to throw even larger blasts of energy at him, laughing the whole time!  He runs into the hall of the school, falling down a flight of stairs.  Ryoko laughs as she watches him.  "Hey!" she calls out.  "Try not to hurt yourself!  I'd like to do that for you!"
Finally reaching the bottom of the stairs, Tenchi shakes his head and sees Ryoko's shadow cast on the wall.  He rushes into a room close to where he sits, closes the door, and clasps his hands over his mouth as he sees her come past the windows.  She doesn't notice him, and he relaxes, thinking it's all over.  "That was close.  I'll just hide here while I figure out a plan.  What is that?"  He sniffs.  "That smell...  Oh, gas fumes."  He relaxes even more, not thinking until... "GAS FUMES?!"  He looks over at a leaking gas pipe that's gushing gas all over the room.  "Oh, great.  I've got a good plan!  I'm gonna get outta here...."  Tenchi stands and walks over to the door.
    "Tenchi..." a quiet voice whispers.
"What next?" he says to himself.  He continues on his way.
"Tenchi!" it calls out a little louder.  He cringes and looks behind him at the blackboard.  "Hello there!" Ryoko emerges through the wall and waves hello.  Tenchi tries to run out the door, but he's stopped by a hurtling chair that crashes into the wall, blocking his path.  It's clear that Ryoko is the cause of this, and Tenchi seems to have given up.  Ryoko approaches him, gathering energy into another red staff yet again.  "It's time for today's lesson, schoolboy."
Tenchi looks at the energy and panics.  "There's leaking gas!  You'll start a fire!"
She stops and looks at him, confused.  "Gas?  What is gas?"
The young boy turns toward the wall, awaiting his demise.  "Oh, I can just see the headlines...  Brilliant Student Blown To Bits!  Oh, man...  If I'd known I was oing to die today,  I wouldn't have done all that homework over vacation!"  Ryoko still stands still, dumbfounded.  "Hey, I think I have an idea..." Tenchi says to himself.  He points to the window suddenly.  "Hey!  What's that outside the window?!"  He realizes what he did.  "I just used the oldest trick in the book."
Ryoko smiles and looks outside.  "Ooh!  What is it?  I wanna see!"  Tenchi uses his borrowed time to sneak out of the classroom and back into the hall.  "I don't wanna miss anything!"
"I can't believe she bought it!" Tenchi laughs as he runs to another room.  "I'm outta here!"
In the classroom, Ryoko is still looking at the window.  "
