Lieutenant Lucrecia Noin is very calm, cool, and collective, unless you insult her leadership/fighting qualities. (Both Wufei and Zechs found that out the hard way...) She seems to stray away from different factions in the Gundam Wing series, as many people do that have her way of thinking of and proceding with foolproof plans.
